Public Speaking Coach
Brian Vinciguerra is a small business owner and entrepreneur educator who teaches practical, real-world seminars designed to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and manage successful businesses. His training programs focus on actionable strategies that small business owners can implement immediately to improve operations, strengthen marketing, and communicate their business value more effectively.
Brian is the owner of Cracked It Escape Games, an award-winning experiential entertainment business in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Under his leadership, the business has received the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award for eight consecutive years — recognizing it among the top attractions in the region. That track record of operating a real, customer-facing business is the foundation of everything he teaches.
A retired United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, Brian brings a disciplined, structured approach to entrepreneurship education. He regularly delivers seminars through the North Carolina Small Business Center Network and other organizations supporting entrepreneurs, including the U.S. Small Business Administration, chambers of commerce, and community entrepreneurship programs. In 2026, Brian was selected by the Coastal Carolina Community College Small Business Center to present at the Onslow County Nonprofit Development Board Conference, delivering a session on developing effective elevator pitches for nonprofit organizations.
Brian has been a member of Toastmasters International since 2002, where he has developed deep expertise in public speaking, leadership development, and communication training. Currently serving his second consecutive term as Vice President of Public Relations for Jacksonville Toastmasters Club 3478, he frequently incorporates communication strategies from his Toastmasters experience into his business seminars — helping entrepreneurs not just understand their business, but explain it clearly to customers, partners, and investors.
Brian is a contributing author to the Onslow Business Journal, writing on topics including entrepreneurship, small business strategy, and business communication.
Delivering entrepreneurship seminars and mentoring veteran entrepreneurs through the NC Small Business Center Network and DAV Patriot Bootcamp.
How These Seminars are Different
Every seminar is built around one idea: training is only valuable if entrepreneurs can actually use it.
Real Experience, Not Theory
Every framework and strategy comes from operating an actual small business — not from textbooks or academic research.
Clarity Over Complexity
The goal is to simplify difficult business concepts into practical tools entrepreneurs can understand and apply immediately.
Organized and Actionable
Sessions are structured, focused, and designed to reduce overwhelm — not add to it.
Built for the Real World
Examples, scenarios, and frameworks are drawn from small business environments that participants actually recognize and relate to.
Entrepreneurs Leave Ready to Act
Entrepreneurs leave feeling more capable and less intimidated — not because the topic was simplified, but because it was taught well.
